Special events
Include, but are not limited to, Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Mother's Day, Professional Administration Day, and National Girlfriend Day. Orders placed for these events are subject to the following policies:
Pre-order Window
Pre-ordering offers several advantages, including order priority, access to unique designs, and the option for floral customization.
Pre-orders may be required for select seasonal events, and the ordering window may vary depending on the occasion. We recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred design.
Order Fulfillment Window
A designated order fulfillment window will be specified for each event. Orders must be picked up or delivered within this timeframe. Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, any uncollected or undeliverable orders will be considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.
Same-Day & Post Pre-Order Purchases
Purchasing your arrangement after the pre-order window or on the day of the event is subject to the following:
- Limited Availability: Custom designs will not be available. Only the arrangements displayed on the sales floor will be offered.
- First-Come, First-Served: We cannot hold or reserve florals unless they have been pre-paid.
- Longer Wait Times: Due to high demand, additional time may be required to process, package, or prepare your order.
- Limited Floral Selection: Some floral varieties may sell out quickly, and substitutions may be made at the florist’s discretion.
- No Modifications: Orders cannot be adjusted or altered once placed to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
Order Pickup Windows
Your order will be available for pickup on the date and within the preferred time frame you selected. Please have your order number ready, as it may take a few moments for our team to retrieve your order.
Orders must be picked up or deliverable within 48 hours of the scheduled date or within the seasonal fulfillment window during our business hours.
Any order not collected within this timeframe is non-refundable.
Special Event Delivery Policy
Correct Information: All orders must have the correct address and recipient name. We are not liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect information. Please note that any incorrect delivery information will incur an additional delivery fee.
Delivery Window: Deliveries will be made throughout the day within our designated time frames. While we strive to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times during peak periods.
Recipient Availability: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available to receive the order in the delivery window noted. Please ensure the recipient is available at the specified location and time to avoid any inconvenience.
If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left on the doorstep, dependent on weather. If we deem that the weather is extreme, the arrangement will return to the shop and will be available for pickup. Re-delivery fees may apply.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or delay deliveries as necessary.
Delivery Confirmation & Photographic Evidence
We will send a delivery confirmation via text message and/or email once the floral arrangement has been delivered. If your arrangement is left at the door or in a designated safe location, we will also provide a photo to confirm successful delivery. Additionally, if your delivery is returned to the shop, we will notify you.
Once confirmation have been provided, Nabi Flowers has fulfilled its delivery service and is no longer liable for the order thereafter.
