All in store sales are FINAL.

All floral orders that have been picked up or delivered are non-refundable and are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Select accessories, such as vases and planters, may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase if returned in original condition. This applies only to non-floral items.

 

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued per the cancellation terms outlined in our policies.
• The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
