Special Events
Our policies may be adjusted to align with seasonal demand, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Any changes to ordering, fulfillment, delivery, or cancellation policies will be clearly noted on this page to reflect each special event.
Pre-order Window
Pre-orders are most recommended for select seasonal events, and the ordering window may vary depending on the occasion. We recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred design and to ensure availability.
Pre-ordering offers several advantages, including order priority, access to unique designs, and the option for floral customization.
Order Fulfillment Window
A designated order fulfillment window will be specified for each event. Orders must be picked up or delivered within this timeframe.
Your order will be available for pickup on the date and within the preferred time frame you selected. Please have your order number ready, as it may take a few moments for our team to retrieve your order.
Special Event Delivery
For your convenience, we have adjusted our delivery fees to range from $8–$25, depending on the delivery neighbourhood.
Please ensure that all recipient details (including address, availability, and delivery instructions) are accurate at the time of ordering. Our standard delivery procedures and fulfillment policies apply weather permitting. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.
During special events, delivery time slots will be offered within the following windows:
Morning: 8am - 12pm
Afternoon: 12:30 - 3pm
Evening: 3 - 6pm
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or delay deliveries as necessary.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
All ordered arrangements are reserved, made to order, and customized to your preferences. As such we have the following policies:
Cancellations before the pre-order deadline are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Cancellations after the pre-order deadline are non-refundable.
Due to the persishable nature our business, any order not collected or delivered within our fulfillment window is non-refundable or exchangeable.
Floral Orders & Same-Day Purchases
All orders and arrangements cannot be modified, adjusted, or altered after the pre-order window has closed. Please note that natural variations in flower head size and colour may occur. Floral fillers and greenery are selected at the florist’s discretion to ensure a cohesive and thoughtfully designed arrangement.
- Limited Availability: Custom designs will not be available. Only the arrangements displayed on the sales floor will be offered.
- First-Come, First-Served: We cannot hold or reserve florals unless they have been pre-paid.
