Concierge Delivery
Our in-house concierge delivery service provides a personalized and reliable experience from start to finish. Deliveries are scheduled within your preferred timeframe and confirmed in advance to ensure the recipient is available to receive their flowers. Each order is handled with care and includes delivery updates, along with photo confirmation if left at a doorstep or reception desk. This service is ideal for time-sensitive orders and special occasions.
Concierge Delivery Price
Delivery fees vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
We deliver throughout Calgary, Tsuut'ina Nation, & Priddis with a delivery fee ranging from $8 to $25, depending on the location.
Deliveries outside the above areas such as Bragg Creek, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Okotoks, start at $30+, with final pricing based on distance and delivery requirements.
Concierge Delivery Days & Time Slots
We offer delivery 7 days a week, with two standard delivery windows:
Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
While we do not guarantee a specific drop off time, we will do our best to accomodate your request. Deliveries outside this window may also be accomodated, please contact us beforehand.
Funeral Arrangement Deliveries: as these delivieries are our highest priority we will arrange for appropriate time of arrival to the location with the sender.
Recipient Information & Availability
Please ensure that the recipient’s full name, address, and contact number are entered or relayed to the Florist accurately.
Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in delays in delivery and/or additional delivery fees.
Delivery Procedure
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the arrangement, it will be left at the doorstep if deemed safe and weather permitting by our in-house delivery staff.
If weather conditions are deemed too harsh for your arrangement's well-being, we will make an effort to contact the sender and/or recipient before delivery. In this case, the arrangement will remain at our studio until we are notified on how to proceed.
Delivery Fulfillment
Deliveries are considered fulfilled once they are:
– Received by the recipient,
– Left at the doorstep with photo evidence provided to your contact, or
– Completed according to specific delivery instructions provided at the time of order.
Once delivery is complete, we are not responsible for the order beyond that point—whether it has been handed directly to the recipient or left safely with documented confirmation.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that remain undeliverable for more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled delivery time will be considered fulfilled.
These orders will be ineligible for refund or exchange, and the arrangement will no longer be available for pickup or redelivery due to the perishable nature of florals.
