This includes but not limited to fresh florals, dried florals, plants, vases, cards, planters, and more.

Floral Orders placed in advance are subject to our ordering and cancellation policies here. 

All floral orders that have been picked up or delivered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued per the cancellation terms outlined in our policies.
• The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
